When I was a child, there was a painter from a small town of Bahia, his name was Dante Lamartine.
I remember very well that my family really loved his work, and he was fantastic! He painted the most beautiful clowns, that I had ever seen.
He has been an inspiration to me. I am fascinated by the different reactions that clowns causes on people.
They are very fun to paint! This was my first watercolor and I painted at one of my husband's art classes in 2008.
I hope that you enjoy "Pumpkin" and be encouraged to do some clowning!
